Had a nice stay on vacation, glad I've chosen it. I truly enjoyed that the hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport. The staff was superfriendly, helpful, and responded promptly to requests.

It was great time in Palm Springs. The place was overall clean with very good staff and location. Also, I loved how ideal the location was.

Well, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

We had a such great experience. Everything was perfectly clean and good. Rooms with a fridge and a tub, for example.

The staff we met were not very helpful.

Wonderful location and staff, the hotel itself was impeccably clean. Found in an awesome part of the town. Also, a 1-acre family-owned botanical garden was 1 mile away from the property. English bar was there. Elegant lobby.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

You guys made my stay really amazing. Lovely staff, picture perfect hotel, fairly quiet room. Excellent breakfast with lots of meals. Fast check-in and friendly customer service. Hot drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

My experience at this fine hotel was good! The room was huge and I loved the pool, it was nice. Breakfast was satisfactory, with good dishes. All in all everything was nice, yet I had dirty bathroom.

I liked the place, stayed there for 1 night. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control and TV with cable channels. Pool was clean.

this hotel was a straightforward place to stay. all the staff i encountered were wonderful. beds were exceptionally comfortable, room was cool & good. i liked the location, which was unbeatable. for evening meal i visited europa restaurant, since it was very close to the property.

Our stay was a wonderful experience. Loved that the hotel was PRETTY STANDARD. Our room was non-smoking and exceptionally comfortable with two queen beds.
